When Harshness Destroys What Wisdom Built for Years..
Dr. Mohamed Elgabbani..

Sharp Words are Small Tools That Demolish Years of Wisdom. Not every battle is fought with weapons.
Some battles begin with words spoken in moments of anger words capable of destroying what patience, wisdom, and compassion spent years building.
A person is not measured only by knowledge, but by the ability to control emotions when circumstances become difficult, when space grows narrow, and when silence becomes nobler than temporary victory.
Harshness is like a small fire thrown into a dry field.
It may appear brief, yet its damage travels deeply through hearts, relationships, and memories.
How many friendships have been broken by a single sentence?
How many homes have cracked because of a cruel tone?
How many partnerships and bonds ended simply because someone failed to discipline anger in a critical moment?
Wisdom is never built in a single day.
It grows through experience, through patience with people, and through understanding the complexity of human nature and circumstances.
Harshness, however, is often only a rapid reaction one that gives the mind no chance to see the whole picture.
That is why wise people are often the least noisy and the most capable of embracing others with understanding.
True strength is not found in raising one’s voice, but in remaining balanced when everything around begins to collapse.ؤexhausted by war, crisis, and conflict do not need more cruelty.
They need a culture of mercy. They need people who know how to disagree without causing harm, how to become angry without destroying, and how to defend truth without losing their humanity.
Sometimes people think words disappear once spoken, but in reality, some words live for years inside the memories of others. They may heal, or they may wound for a lifetime.
Perhaps the highest form of maturity is learning how to choose words carefully in moments of anger, because what harshness destroys in one minute wisdom may fail to rebuild in an entire lifetime.
