ومسالمة ومتصالحة. فالمقالات معدة بصورة مباشرة ومختصرة إحتراماً لقيمة وقت القراء الأعزاء دون تطويل أو إسهاب يُخرج المعنى المراد من مضمونه. فآداب وأخلاق الاختلاف تشمل ثُلَّة من السلوكيات والأوضاع

والموافق والتعاملات والأفعال والمبادئ التي ينبغي الاستجابة والامتثال لها والتخلق بها عند التعامل مع الآخرين (وخصوصاً) الذين يختلفون عنا ومعنا في الرأي أو المعتقد أو الثقافة. ولبناء مجتمعات متعايشة ومسالمة، يمكن تطبيق آداب وأخلاق الاختلاف. فبتفهم استخدام

وتضمين هذه الآداب والأخلاق في حياتنا وسلوكياتنا تجاه الآخرين، سنسهم جميعاً في بناء مجتمعات متعايشة ومسالمة تسود روح التسامح والتفاهم بين إنسانها الجميل والمسكون جبلةً على حب الخير للغير. وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر، تشمل بعض هذه الآداب:

I am once again pleased to communicate with the honorable readers, this new standpoint related to peace building that comes to contribute with all love and courtesy to those who came before us in the field of educating and promoting communities to be coexistent, peaceful, and reconciled. The articles are prepared directly and concisely, keeping in mind the value of

the time of dear readers, without length or elaboration that takes the intended meaning out of its content. The manners and ethics of difference include a number of behaviors, perspectives, attitudes, practices,

conditions, dealings, actions and principles that must be responded to, complied with and adopted when dealing with others (especially) who differ from us and even in opinion, belief or culture. To build coexistent and peaceful communities, the manners

and ethics of difference can be applied. By understanding the use and inclusion of these manners and ethics in our lives and our behaviors towards others, it is possible to build coexistent and peaceful

communities in which the spirit of tolerance and understanding that actually prevails between its lovely people, who endowed with love of goodness for others. For example, some of these manners include:

1. *احترام وتقدير الآراء المختلفة (الاحترام المتبادل):* ينبغي أن نحترم آراء الآخرين حتى لو كنا لا نتفق معها، يجب على إنسان المجتمعات أن يحترموا بعضهم البعض رغم اختلافهم في الثقافة والمعتقد والآراء.

1. Respect and appreciate different opinions (mutual respect): We should respect the opinions of others even if we do not agree with them. Individuals in communities must respect each other despite their differences in culture, belief and opinions.

2. *الاستماع الفعال:* علينا العمل جاهدين لفهم وجهات نظر الآخرين دون انقطاع أو انحياز. يجب علينا أن نكون مستعدين بشكل منفتح للاستماع إلى وجهات نظر الآخرين وفهمها قبل الحكم عليها.

2. Active listening: We must work hard to understand others’ points of view without interruption or bias. We must be willing to openly listen to and understand other people’s viewpoints before judging them.

3. *التعبير بشكل محترم:* علينا التعبير عن وجهة نظرنا بشكل لبق ومحترم دون اللجوء إلى الإهانات أو الانتقاص من قدر وقيمة الآخرين.

3. Expressing in a respectful manner: We must express our point of view in a tactful and respectful manner without resorting to insults or belittling the value and worth of others.

4. *التفاوض والوساطة:* فلنحاول بإخلاص البحث عن نقاط مشتركة والوصول إلى توافق عندما تحدث اختلافات.

4. Negotiation and mediation: Let us sincerely try to search for common points/grounds and reach consensus when differences occur.

5. *الاحتفاظ بالهدوء:* علينا تجنب الانفعالات والتصرفات غير المنطقية عند وجود الخلافات.
5. Maintain calm: We must avoid emotions and irrational behavior when there are disagreements.

6. *الاعتراف بالتنوع:* فلنتذكر أن التنوع في الرأي والمعتقد هو أمر طبيعي ويغني الحوار والتفاعل الاجتماعي.
6. Recognizing diversity: Let us remember that diversity of opinion and belief is natural and enriches dialogue and social interaction.

7. ا *لتفاهم والتسامح:* يجب تشجيع التفاهم بين إنسان المجتمعات المختلفة والتسامح مع الآراء والعقائد المختلفة.
7. Understanding and tolerance: Understanding between individuals of different communities and tolerance of different opinions and beliefs must be encouraged.

8. *تعزيز الانفتاح والتعايش:* يجب تشجيع ثقافة الانفتاح والتعايش بين إنسان المجتمعات المختلفة لبناء جسور التواصل والتفاهم.
8. Promoting openness and coexistence: A culture of openness and coexistence must be encouraged among individuals of different communities to build bridges of communication and understanding.

9. *الابتعاد عن التحيز والتمييز:* يجب على إنسان المجتمعات تجنب التحيز والتمييز ضد الآخرين بسبب اختلافاتهم، والتعامل بإنصاف وعدالة مع الجميع.
9. Avoid bias and discrimination: Individuals must avoid bias and discrimination against others because of their differences, and deal fairly and justly with everyone.

10. *التعاون والتضامن:* يجب تشجيع التعاون والتضامن بين إنسان المجتمعات المختلفة لحل التحديات المشتركة وبناء مستقبل أفضل للجميع.
10. Cooperation and solidarity: Cooperation and solidarity must be encouraged among individuals of different communities to solve common challenges and build a better future for all.

11. *تعزيز ثقافة السلام:* يجب تشجيع ثقافة السلام والحوار كوسيلة لحل الصراعات وتحقيق التوازن والاستقرار في المجتمع.
11. Promoting a culture of peace: A culture of peace and dialogue must be encouraged as a means of resolving conflicts and achieving balance and stability in community.

12. *تعزيز قيم العدل والمساواة:* يجب تعزيز قيم العدل والمساواة بين إنسان المجتمعات المختلفة لضمان حقوق الجميع بغض النظر عن اختلافاتهم.
12. Promoting the values of justice and equality: The values of justice and equality must be strengthened among individuals of different communities to ensure the rights of everyone, regardless of their differences.

13. *تعزيز قيم قبول الآخر المختلف:* يجب تعزيز قيم قبول الآخر المختلف والآثار الإيجابية لذلك على الإنسان والمجتمعات.

باختصار، آداب وأخلاق الاختلاف تتطلب التسامح والاحترام المتبادل والقدرة على التعايش مع التباينات بشكل بناء وإيجابي. وهي بكل تأكيد تعزز احترام وتقدير الآراء المختلفة كجزء أساسي من الأخلاق والأدبيات

الاجتماعية الأساسية. بحيث يعكس ذلك احترامنا لحق كل فرد في التعبير عن رأيه والاعتراف بتنوع الآراء والمعتقدات في المجتمع. إدراكنا لاختلاف الآراء يسهم في تعزيز الحوار البناء والتفاهم المتبادل بين الأفراد والثقافات المختلفة.

In short, manners and ethics of difference require tolerance, mutual respect, and the ability to coexist with differences constructively and positively. It is an affirmation that promotes respect and appreciation for different opinions as an essential part of basic morals and social manners. This reflects our respect for the

right of every individual to express her/his opinion and recognition of the diversity of opinions and beliefs in community. Our profound awareness of differences in opinions contributes to enhancing constructive dialogue and mutual understanding between individuals and different cultures.
