HSSE Supervisor
Basic skills required:
1. In-depth knowledge of the design and implementation of health, safety, security and environmental management systems within the company’s offices and on board the ships.
2. Familiarity with international health, safety, security and environmental standards.
3. Strong skills in planning and implementing training, inspections, audits, investigations, and preparing documents and reports.
4. Understanding of the legal aspects related to HSSE.
5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, attention to details and the ability to ensure compliance with laws & regulations.
Experience and qualifications Academic:
1. To be a graduate of a marine academy, engineering or navigation department, with a certificate of first officer, chief engineer or captain.
2. He must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Sciences from a well-known university or academy.
3. To have at least 3 years of experience in the field of the job.
4. Age : 35 – 55 years.
