لجنة المفصولين من وزارة الخارجية ترحب باجراءات منظمة العمل الدولية تجاه شكواهم

رحب السفير عبد الغنى النعيم رئيس لجنة المفصولين تعسفيا من وزارة الخارجية ووكيل وزارة الخارجية الأسبق ، بالإجراءات القانونية التي اتخذتها منظمة العمل الدولية تجاه شكوى مفصولي الوزارة ضد حكومة السودان جراء انتهاكاتها الجسيمة لحقوق العاملين ، ومخالفتها للوثيقة الدستورية، وقوانين الخدمة و العمل الوطنية، وكذلك عدم امتثالها للتعهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية مثل اتفاقية عدم التمييز فى العمل رقم (١١١) التى صادق عليها السودان عام ١٩٧٠. وأشار إلي أن اجتماعات منظمة العمل الدولية ستناقش فى يونيو القادم بجنيف أمر انتهاكات حكومة السودان للاتفاقيات الدولية المصادقة عليها تجاه الفصل التعسفى للعاملين فى الدولة دون اى سند دستوري أو قانونى.
وأكد السفير عبد الغنى النعيم أن قرارات الفصل التعسفي تخالف وثيقة الحقوق الواردة فى الوثيقة الدستورية وقانون العمل وقانون الخدمة المدنية وقانون السلك الدبلوماسي والقنصلي، التى تحدد كيفية فصل العاملين فى الدولة اما نتيجة لجنة تحقيق أو صدور حكم قضائي في اتهامات تمس الشرف والامانة. وأكد أن حكومة السودان خالفت الاتفاقية الدولية لمنظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بعدم التمييز فى العمل رقم (١١١) للعام ١٩٥٨ و التي صادق عليها السودان فى اكتوبر ١٩٧٠، والتي تقرر أنه لا يجوز فصل العاملين بسبب الرأي السياسي أو اللون أو العرق وغيرها.
وانتقد السفير عبد الغنى تجميد لجنة الاستئنافات التي نص عليها قانون لجنة إزالة التمكين لأسباب سياسية معلومة، وكذلك تغييب المحكمة الدستورية مما يعنى حرمان المفصولين من حقوق المحاكمة الطبيعية والعادلة ومواجهة الخصم ومعرفة الاسباب والاجراءات ، و هو ايضا إنكار لحقوقهم الدستورية مما يؤكد على تعطيل العدالة وهدم لأهم اركانها فى السودان.
و قال ان المفصولين من وزارة الخارجية من سفراء و دبلوماسيين وإداريين والذين يشكلون ٥٠% من القوة العاملة فى الوزارة سيواصلون جهودهم القانونية والحقوقية وتصعيد الامر للمنظمات الحقوقية والعمالية الوطنية و الإقليمية والدولية حتى يتحقق العدل وتعود الحقوق لأصحابها.
